Oh Yes what a fantastic Carnaval February 2008 turned out to be in Mérida. The theme was the Wonders of the World - reflecting the fact that Chichén-Itzá was voted as one of the New Wonders of the World on 07/07/2007 . The Carnaval was even better than last year-  just ask those guests of mine visiting from England.
